Common questions

What do I need to run as an owner operator with Rock On?

A DOT number and a truck in good working order, whether that is a quint or quad dump truck, a tractor, or a tractor with your own trailer. Interstate authority (MC #) is not required to run in Minnesota, and a SWIFT number is a Minnesota item you do not need to have before you apply. Not sure where you stand? Call us and we will walk you through it.

I have a tractor but no trailer. Can I still run?

Yes. If your truck has a wet kit (PTO) installed, you can pull one of our Rock On trailers, side dump, end dump, flatbed or stepdeck, and keep loaded with our work.

How do I get paid, and how often?

Owner operators earn some of the highest pay in the industry, with fast-pay options available when you need your money sooner.
